I can 'hear' midi

Not sure if this is interference from a power cable or not (I do have all my audio, midi, USB, and power cables seperate from one another), however I can hear little clicks when midi is sent from the DT. And yes, I understand that midi is just data so it shouldn’t be making any noises :wink:

Any suggestions on how to stop this? I will recable everything this weekend, to ensure it’s not a power cable that’s causing this, however if you have an idea how to stop it, it’s much appreciated.

I heard clicks when i sent out midi into ableton and got back midi from ableton. I switched off the usb for midi out data and it stopped. Might have been a midi feedback loop. It’s different from your issue but maybe it helps you finding a solution.
