I must admit that while I don’t have Hydrasynth, these packs are inspiring vs the noodling I’ve done with it at the local shop, though it’s ignorant noodling at best.
It’s moved up a few slots for what to get when a few items sell.
Just had a daydream of having the option to choose a round robin mode on the HS. OSC 1+2 has three voices, OSC 3 has two. Would be crazy to control them like that, like a wavetable A4 or Matriarch.

@Jeanne for 303ish filter, which is your favorite ? I recently prefered the LP MS20 one, not sure. (Probably biased by LP 3-Ler name before, like 3 Ladder thinking 4 pole ladder 18db stuff I heard about, without understanding it…)

Folks, does your Hydra display flicker randomly (like once every 2 minutes)?
Hmm, no not really. Have you checked the light/display settings in the Setup menu? There are quite a few of them iirc
I might be wrong but I thought the filter drive was different between the MS20 style and the others
I’d rather choose non fat, because of og behavior…
I added a macro to increase filter 2 hipass frequency, and filter 1 resonance simultaneously.

I am about to make a passive mixer cable to listen to HS and MM2 with headphones. Setting levels with respective volume knobs. Hesitating between 4.7k and 10k resistors. Any advice ?

Best to match the impedance with the headphone out of the gear, usually 16-80 ohms but check the manuals for the gear. Using too high resistance will mean a very low output level, try 47ohms maybe.

They have sales every so often so it’s not necessarily a sign.
But Glen Darcey did say quite a while back ( though after the Explorer and Deluxe ) that of course they are working on something – that a company must have new products to continue to exist.
When I think about what those very clever designers have so silently been working on all this time though, i have so many wild ideas and am sure we have a lot to look forward to.

ASM will be at NAMM on the 25th of January. But they also do shows often enough, so not necessarily a sign either.
