How would you describe the timbre of these noises?

In the JP8080 episode of bad gear there’s 2 sounds I would like to know how to describe properly, a rectangle with PWM and a few moments later there’s the feedback oscillator.

What would be an appropriate way to describe those sounds?

I’m asking because I sometimes have trouble adequately narrowing down my searches for tutorials, and I like those kinds of sounds.

For the first: fuzzy, warbly, lush
For the other: screaming, buzzy, rich in harmonics

“feedback” or “feedback osc” is in it’s own family of sounds and techniques (while being buzzy, rich in harmonics, etc)
