well, the title says it all (and probably it’s a dumb question as well but… ).
how do you usually do this? (my brain has gone completely blank). i’ve been looking around the forum and elektron’s website for a link or email address but haven’t found anything apart from the info@elektron.se

You need to be logged in with a Customer Zone account.
First go to http://www.elektron.se/support-and-downloads and then login or create your account. When that is done you can click Support in the Customer Zone menu.

yep, did that already (and thought it was more for ‘other type of issues’ unfortunately i can’t find a way to attach a file (made a screenshot of the display showing some, probably, useful information)
you also need a serial number to send the message but unfortunately, can’t find one on the A4 i’ve got so … i’m kind of stucked
serial should be on the base, silver label right in the middle ! (poss on box too)
you can attach files through support, it’s a bit clunky, i do it by replying to the original post, attachment options are below (from memory)
