2 saw oscs tuned one or two octaves apart maybe and detuned, sub if you wish? sounds like some vibrato or wobbly lfo to pitch, amp eg quick attack quick decay, lpf with freq down to noon res maybe the same sus 0 rel 0, filter eg quickish attack quick decay sus 0 rel 0, use performance macros on filter eg amount, filter freq, osc detune, vibrato etc

The Minlogue is in unison mode, try unison in the A4 (two saw oscs, though later in the video it seems that he has one saw osc + one square). Amp env with 0 attack, short decay, low or 0 sustain, short release. Turn filter down (I´d try filter 1 first), not so much resonance, turn up filter env, 0 attack, short decay, no sustain, very short release.
at 0:18 he starts to crank up the unison detune.
