How to make a pattern like the set A13?

in the a13，there has 32 steps before the loop，I can’t figure out that how to make steps not in the loop but in the pattern ٩(✘д✘๑;)۶

Is some sort of scaling applied to the track? You can run things at up to 2x as fast or down to as low as 1/8x. Maybe that’s what’s happening?

Edit: Re-read the original post. Maybe trig conditions are used to only fire the first time?
