I made some broadcasting samples, and don’t wanna in sync with bpm, but other than that everything need to be sync.

Why not just turn off time-stretching on the broadcast samples…
trigger them with one-shot-triggers or something… so atleast it has a fixed starting point somewhere…
and everything you want in sync… sequence it and timestretch that and whatever.

In addition you could also unchain the track used for playback from the sequencer. For this you can use “plays free” in the pattern settings menu (pressing [FUNCTION] + [BANK] when GRID RECORDING mode is not active) for the tracks containing the not-synced samples to start and stop them independently.
