any tricks to get perfect square wave on a4 mk2 ?
Use just a Sub from an OSC if you want to keep it perfect (sans PWM)

Square. But use your ears, this is possibly something that’s affected by (mis)calibration on a particular machine.
The suboscillators will be exact square waves I think, because subosc is usually generated by a flipflop circuit, which produces a perfect square wave.

Ive got mk2 and i only have : Saw , TRP , PUL and TRIANGLE IN OSC PAGES . Dont have square 🫠 cause im asking
Square is actually a pulse with a 50% duty cycle, so as above use PULse

To get a perfect square wave you need to add an infinite number of sine waves. Within a set bandwidth a square wave is always going to be a little bit jagged 
In theory yes but it’s not an additive synth.
An analog square wave oscillator can be done like this

Digital square waves will also be perfect.

Ugh sorry, I mean PUL. PUL with PW set to -4 should give you a good 50% square wave
