How to contact support if the website form isn't responsive? (sorted)

Hey gals and sorry if it’s the wrong place to ask but I’m just lost as to where to post this. I have a very carefully worded support ticket with all the necessary details but I can’t get the website to work on 3 browsers (mobile and OSX safari + chrome). How do I contact them?

Upd: apparently the tickets were received it’s just that the website didn’t tell me that, but I got the response on the email. Duh. Sorry everyone, I guess it’s a website feedback thread now
