How long till the OS is polished?

I don’t program for Elektron but usually companies are using base code that matures over time so subsequent devices shouldn’t take as long…for example, if they are using base code from the A4 changed up to fit the AR hardware…we would be gaining stability from the base code that has built up over the years.

For the most part I won’t notice the time passing. Selfish reasons include the Elektrons I’ve got, whose depth continues to fascinate.

I thought the A4 very usable and stable at the time of release and the AR surely shares a large chunk of the codebase.
