So i asked if they had received my machine in good condition eight days ago, and they haven’t responded…

Sadly, there are several threads on the forum detailing slow responses for customer service and repairs, and some Elektron staff have been on the forum to acknowledge the delays. It seems that the backlog hasn’t been substantially reduced. I hope you get done response soon.
My own experience with the repair of my Octatrack late last year was that it was performed quickly and well, but only after a delay in making the arrangements via customer support.
I see. I’m just hoping nothing went wrong.
Could it be me that did something wrong maybe?
Anyone have any thoughts?
