I have a couple of the Jaspers stands which contain my various Electron boxes. They are situated above my Tascam Model 12 which I use to feed audio into Ableton. I really want some kind of tray to sit at the bottom of the Jaspers rack to have a few essential effects I use regularly but have hit a brick wall with it. Any suggestions / photos of how you manage it would be really appreciated. Thanks folks
I’ve been trying to find a joiner who’ll build me a dedicated pedal “shelf” with holes to fit on Jaspers clamps… but no-one I’ve asked wants the work. I suspect it’s too small a job. But it’s too big a job for me and my eyesight.
In my mind’s eye, it’s a 70x40 wooden “pedalbord”.
It should be easy to build/code.
I know not of such dark arts!
Mostly by color, or size, and sometimes by shape.
Most of mine go on photo shelves. All the HM-2s and their clones go together.
I am in the process of figuring this out as well.
The most clear thing I am going to be doing is building an shelf stand to attach at the top of the mixer for the send / group FX.
With regards to Jasper’s, besides building a shelf / tray as suggested you could consider apedalboard on a back rail ( most likely only single row of pedals is going to be practical there)
Bottom shelf would work as well, although in case you want that to be a flat table like surface, the front-back space is limited there - you will probably have to drill extra holes into to holders so they sit back enough and you dont keep hitting your legs into it when standing.
