How are we called as a group?

I always struggle to refer to other people about our niche - the people who make music with (primarily) hardware gear.

Sure, we are Elektronauts, but no one outside the group will understand that. Also, this is very brand specific, and many of us use gear from other manufacturers.

Electronic musician? Sure, but still seems a bit vague. Synthesist? Synth geek? Hardware head? :grinning:

What would be the best definition to refer to us? What are your thoughts?

The Elektron workflow dictates we are all Square Pushers , but that one is unfortunately already taken… Gonna have to go with Parameter Jockeys instead .
