Can’t figure out how to change the chromatic setting when in the chromatic track to a different scale.
I know there’s no scales for audio, but how do I change this for midi?
If you go into the arp menu, you can select to quantise to a scale without activating the arp. It won’t present you with an altered keyboard but notes output will snap to scale.

There’s only the major scale though (and its relative minor), no melodic.
I got around to trying this today. And just wanted to confirm I’m doing it correctly.
To turn on the arp I set it to TRUE correct? So I want to leave this as it is, ie not on TRUE.
All I need to do is change the scale in the arp menu to something other than chromatic yes? Do any other settings need to be turned on in the arp pages?
It’s a little confusing as when you p lock notes in grid mode it still shows all the chromatic notes on the SRC page. I was expecting them to jump to the relevant notes in the scale.

You will still see all the notes in Chromatic but if a note isn’t in the scale, it will play the next/previous note in that scale.

In C major scale, what happens to an F#? Does it go to F or G?

Good question, I’ll test it later or if someone can chime in…
