Help with midi implementation re: midi lfo's, arp, etc

So unless i’m reading it wrong, you can only control midi LFO’s and arp parameters from the auto channel. Is there a way to control those with a controller without selecting the midi track you want to control? for audio tracks i simply send the correct cc on the midi channel assigned to the track, this doesn’t seem possible with midi tracks.

Also, i can’t figure out how to assign pick up machine control to a foot pedal, the notes for ab record cd record etc, don’t work the way pushing the front panel buttons do when using pick up machines.

You should be able to use MIDI note messages (68 and 69) on the auto channel to increment and decrement the active track.
