First post as an Elektronaut, hello! I’ve loved A4 for 6 months now, and just got an Octatrack as a mothership to control my Virus B desktop.
A question for Virus Experts (Virologists?): Is there a way to have a single part empty in Multimode? I would need midi channel 9 to stay empty, since that is A4’s auto channel. As it stands, I can’t play the A4 auto channel without it triggering the Virus B part that is set up to the same channel.
Midi connections:
Keyboard -> OT MIDI IN (set on auto channel)
OT MIDI OUT -> A4 MIDI IN (with midi track 8 set to A4’s auto channel)
A4 MIDI THRU -> Virus B MIDI IN
