Help please!

Hi there !!.

I Just bought a MD SPS I MKII and I found that I have sons coming only from one of the main outputs…plus the master volume know doesn’t do anything at all…I mean that is not controlling the output volume. It happens the same thing on the headphones. Do you have any ideas ?

sounds like the output routings are set to use some individual outputs.
check out the GLOBAL menu section in the manual which deals with OUTPUT ROUTINGS, and verify that all tracks are set to use the main outs.

Is the machine used? If so this probably some funky routing settings. However as your starting fresh, easiest thing to try is an empty restore. This will reset your machine. Hold down function whilst powering up the machine to access this option.

Thanks a lot. My machine is not used and I did both resets and nothing…and I didn’t receive any response from Elektron…

Routing in global menu is ok…using main output

What about the cables you are using? Are they okay? Does the headphone out work? The other outs work?
