Headphone balance issues [resolved]

My new Octatrak MKII arrived yesterday and I am noticing that R/L balance through headphone jack does not appear to be working correctly? When a track is set to C, I hear in both channels, but pan to R is silent. Pan to L functions.

Is this a hardware issue that I should return the unit to the dealer (purchased via Amazon) or?

Ok false alarm folks. I have it corrected now… sorry!

No, via Thomann in Germany - it all works now, i had to switch off all the gear and gradually reconnect, also reset the OT, works 100% now!
