OP-1 Field is only used for verb and the actual recording here. Not for samples cat farts, sorry 
I tried to fix my ESQ-1 but it needs a chip that I can’t get anymore, for the display. Someone made replacements but won’t make anymore unless there is more interest than just me 
And I bought a used display but had to return it. So my ESQ-1 sits there dead and lifeless sadly. Need the display working to diagnose it further, voltages are ok are previous repairs done before I got it, but over midi things sound strange. I suspect it has more issues, but hard to tell with no screen.
