Thought I should post this in case someone else has this happen.
I was using my Octatrack then suddenly all the leds went yellow and I couldnt unmute a midi track.
Turns out I had another peice of gear touching the Octa which must have caused some ground loop or power issue, not sure but I think the problem was in the other (not naming) equipment.
