Green/blue trigs?

Today I was noodling with my AR and suddenly there was a green trig on the first step of every track. When I got out of grid recording mode, it turned dimmed light blue-ish.

No idea where it came from and what it means. Couldn’t find it in the manual either.

Any wisdom here? Cheers!

Mute and slide trigs. P48-49 of the MKII manual.

Thx! I deleted the project, because I couldn’t find a way to get rid of the trigs. So I can’t reproduce it/check it anymore.

So there was a green trig suddenly on the first step of every pattern. Does that mean there are bulk actions placing a trig on multiple tracks at once?
I couldn’t hear it make any difference to the pattern itself, by the way.

And is there a list somewhere of what the different trig colours actually mean? I sometimes get a little uncertain/confused. The colours also seem a mix of multiple trig states sometimes.

You might have accidentally entered step recording mode in that case.

I just searched for ‘green’ in the PDF manual. There aren’t that many hits. You might learn some other things while searching around too

I did that search too, of course, but whenever the word ‘green’ lights up in the manual, it’s a reference to pads. Couldn’t find a combination with the word ‘trig’.

What I think happened, is that I was in the trig mute menu and muted the first trig while holding [FUNC].

The blue one is indeed a slide trig, thank you sir!

Seems it’s a faulty LED after all. On startup the red LED on trig 1 works fine. Problem keeps returning after jamming for ± 1 hour. Red LED on trig 1 suddenly turns green in grid mode and dimmed blue-ish when not in record mode. When performing the test mode, the red LED on trig 1 also not working.

I created a support ticket.
