Is there anybody that can explain me the use of global slots on the A4 as for the MD UW+. Since one year I have my MD and I understand the use of snapshot and samplebanks, but globals… Is it about the sync, midi, output setup???

If you want to use your Machines in different setups, you can use the globals to save your settings like clock/transport send/receive, midi channels and so on for quick access. This way you can quickly switch between live performance settings and studio recording settings or sequencing within your DAW for example, where your machines have different roles.
