When syntakt acts as the master clock, is there a way to have a global tempo like with the Machinedrum? This is, I’d like that when changing patterns, the tempo would not change. For live situations this seems like a useful behaviour. You can change the tempo manually, usually incresing it gradually during the set.
You can set the tempo for each pattern, but the idea is changing the tempo depending on the vibe, so the patterns can be played slower or faster, and there are no tempo jumps when changing patterns.
I discovered this was not how the Syntakt works the hard way, during a live set in which I had changed the Syntakt to act as master clock at last hour… painful.
