I guess the better question to ask is this,

Does anyone have a video link to someone playing the 208C via CV/GATE?

All the videos I’ve come across are all standalone jams, and so the specific one I am after is hard to find.

My mind is blown brother . Thank you for explaining that to me

Ah, it is midi
Works the same. I use a4 cv

I’ve been sequencing with the MnM, since the complex and mod osc are on separate midi channels it’s fun running it as a bi-timbral synth

Did you have to install the extra MIDI Host board, or can this be done through the regular DIN sockets?

that’s only for USB hosting. if you wanna like plug in a Korg SQ-1 or a Keystep or something. (assuming you were asking @VanillaSun about the MnM sequencing)

All Din, I was thinking of getting the USB host but found a Kenton box for cheaper

Just want to spread some love for my b208c+lem
I sample leads, plucks, basslines and a lot of weard sound fx into my DT2, and it is very new and fresh.

The proces is amazing, I prefer less equipment and this 208 + dt2 combo feels good :call_me_hand:

So buchla isnt shipping units with vactrols no more to the eu. But they offer a replacement from the u.s. for free. Anyone ordered this, how long did it take to arrive?

I bought mine second hand.
My fav synth ever… even for making basslines, noise for hhts and pads, leads… whatever.
Love it for playing ambient and for sampling it into my techno

Some techno

Some ambient

I use my digitakt with my Buchla 208c
I can sequence it from my dt2, from midi channel sequencer and piano.
But I dont manage to use the purple output (pressure) to a knob with - cc 14 - from the dt2
Anyone successful on this?

So it works like expecter, cc14 = purple out, now I have 1 vc to sync to my knob twists and lfo:)

Probably my synth was tired yesterday evening, this morning it worked flawlessl

Edit: ho ho ho, this works much better than i hoped for
