Gate booster module

Hi,

I’m looking for a gate booster module like this one :

Gate Boost Module for CV.OCD - Sixty Four Pixels

I don’t want an eurorack thing because I don’t want to start a case

The Hapax send only 5V Gate signal and I will need sometimes 8 to 10V to trig the Solar 42 VCO voices.
