I don’t regret the decision moving to induction cooking. The only thing I miss is charring peppers right on the gas burners, but that about it.
Good to hear. It’s a big change, which I’m scared of, but I have been considering it.
There this incredible soup curry shop that me and the fam often go to. I only took one picture last night, so I added some pictures that better show it from March. I always get the same dish. the garlic chicken and nira (garlic or Chinese chives?). You can ask for 4 levels of spice, each level coincides with how many chilies they add to your soup.
My wife is always horrified that I dump all my rice in, but it’s the way I like to eat it.
On vacation and found some good produce. Blodpudding(Swedish black pudding), Sugerstirred lingon, Porkbelly, fried apples and fresh white cabbage. Love this.
Making last minute canned crab cakes on our not safe to walk on deck! I somehow just gravitate to chaos!
God I love crab cakes!
Man, y’all are making me hungry. I’m wrapping up day 1 of a 2 day prep/cook for a BBQ tomorrow evening. Totally forgot to think about fixing any dinner for tonight. And then the food thread strikes again with amazing looking food!
I love the Caution tape surrounding your grill, as you cook crabcakes with dangerous things happening all around you!!
The only thing more badass would be police tape.
I was going to say explosions going off all around, but when cooking on a gas grill… explosions…not so cool.

If I catch the 11:37 Delta flight out of PDX, I’ll land at ATL at 7:21. Can you make me a reservation for 2 at 8:30?
Absolutely!
Thanks!
Also, I believe your post was meant to be a reply to the troll, not @avantronica.
What are you lot going on about?
Got ourselves a troll. It’ll pass.
