Do you eat the meat after that or are they just too blown out by that point?

The goal is to just have broth and bones. Might take longer than 24.

Very economic broth really. Pigfeet cost nothing and the broth is hardcore. Fatty and very piggy

I gotcha.

Most of the time I make a stock or broth it’s with beef/pork/chicken bones. Sometimes there’s some meat worth nibbling on, but sometimes not. Just gets too mushy.

I wondered if pig’s feet might actually still be okay to eat afterwards since they’re so gelatinous and chewy to begin with. I have no idea. Only time I’ve eaten them is redneck American style - pickled pig’s feet.

tostones are so dank, an old girlfriend of mine used to make them all the time, i need to get those back in my diet

Yeah, I’m going to try hard to limit my consumption of them. No more than once per month, max. They are dangerous! Why do fried carbs have to be so delicious?

I want to try making yuca fries next.

One of my favorite meals! Pork tenderloin and asparagus with fresh ‘cracked’ pepper! I think I made this too much as the family is a tad sick of it! It’s too good and easy not to make though!
