Btw are you using pitch modulation or frequency modulation with the LFOs? Thereās two different options and itās a little unclear the difference in behaviour. I suspect frequency modulation is intended for this kind of stuff.
Playing with with it today, it seems like if you use LFO Pitch Modulation you get feedback. But if you use Frequency modulation you donāt get feedback.

In the example above I used pitch modulation, which is from my understanding exponential while frequency modulation is linear. If I remember correctly they do behave differently with regard to āfeedbackā, but Iāll check and confirm if I find some time for more experimentsā¦

For another flavour, try not using the Oscs as sound sources at all. Instead use Filter 2 as a sine wave (res fully cranked) and use the LFOs and Filt Env to control the filter freq.

Is this MKI or MKII? Sounds great. How were you pinging the filter and how stable is it?

Iām just in my anti-honeymoon period, looking for all the flaws so I can avoid them lol
I really was disappointed by A4 the first couple of times I bought it but this time around Iām appreciating what it can do.
FM on A4 is fun but such a mixed bag. Tempted to get another Rytm but then I remember A4 has 4 identical voices so it can sound-lock anything on any track and no need to filter by track type when selecting sounds and thatās valuable to me.
Limited space and new stuff meant it got pushed out. Iāll get the mk2 next time I get the itch. Great machines.
