FL Studio MIDI issue

The MidiOutPlugIn send on on every stop some Midi parameters:

The mysterious is, it change the Tune parameter (CC16) to 12. But only Track 1 is attached by this phenomenon.

Can anyone confirm this or have an hint for this?

It also appears on Track 3 with the CC17 (NRPN148) and will set them to 11 (12).

Addendum:
Have disconnected one of the devices controllers (USB&MIDI available) and it work fine, without any false data amount. Don’t know what they do inside?
