I remember the exact moment I heard this song for the first time in the 80s. Such a killer and oddly haunting hair metal tune. I still love it just as much today. Thanks for posting it, we may be the only two people in the worldâŚ

I do too. I was growing up in Panama and this came up on the American army local TV channel. I used to watch that all the time.

So so many metal options, but as a pubescent 12 year old, it was this that really kicked it in for me after Priest and Scorps and AD/DC kicked down my doors before. Ratt and Crue et al came next and were all dropped when I discovered Black Flag, Beasties and Metallica. But hair metal? Way too reductive for this band. This is just lightning in a bottle songwriting on a lightning in a bottle album. The performances, the writing and arranging, Muttâs production. That first guitar strum. All classic. It started here (and Crueâs Too Fast for Love) and hair metal has never matched it since.
Super nice band, one of my favorites. stiv bators is such a cool singer
