Fail to Copy Samples to Flash Card

i’m using a Mac Book Pro with OSX 10.9.5

I place the Octatrack in USB DISK MODE ok and it appears in the Finder on the Mac. When I go to copy some samples to a new set I created I get this error;

Also when I go to eject the Octatrack on the Mac I get this error;

Also when I use the C6 app utility to upgrade the OS the Octatrack does not appear under the MIDI sections within the Config section.

Octatrack is on 1.25D

…first thing to do…try another card…if the problem remains, check with some older mac os somewhere else next…

Back up files and then try reformatting the card.
