Believe it or not, I’ve found that shadowboxing for just 2 fifteen minute sessions a day does wonders. It’s not boring, I don’t need a gym, I learn new fighting skills if I accompany it with a tutorial, and I enjoy it. I used to do yoga, but I’m not ‘thrilled’ by it. Find a physical activity your into and do a little each day.
Also, memorize a few stretch routines from youtube exercise channels and do those for 15 minutes a day - target your weak areas.
