Exception message on startup

Hey people,

So I bought a 2nd hand octatrack, and it was freezing quite a bit, so I took it apart, cleaned it and made sure all the cables were tightly seated inside the unit.

However, now it consistently comes up with this error message around 1 minute after booting. Anyone seen anything like this before or have any suggestions? Maybe something needs cleaning or I forgot to plug something in?!

Cheers,
Jack

Hi Jack,

Can you do factory reset?

Power on holding [Function] to see the early start menu.

Hey Rusty,

Yep, tried that! Also tried the hardware test and everything reports being okay.

I should mention this also happens without the card inserted, and there don’t appear to be any bent pins.

Cheers!

Your best bet in all honesty is log a ticket with Support I’m afraid; see what they say; as they would know more then me.

But if you plugged/unplugged… sure you did it all right?

Yep, youre probably right. Just thought i’d check if someone knows a magic fix first >_<

I think so, all 3 cables are back in place. I wouldve thought if I missed something it wouldnt turn on at all, but it freezes after around 1 minute every time. Super weird.
