Guys i need a filter for a ‘bass-companion’ for my a4.
I use two tiptop z3000 and send them thru one of my three eurorack-filters: the saraSVF, a diy variant of the Jupiter8 LPF and a diy LPF built around a ssm2044-core
Somehow they all won’t sound and fit well beside the a4 soundsignature.
The saraSVF sounds quite creamy, also the jup8-filter. The ssm2044 is more from the dirty side.
However, this won’t be easy at all since the soundsignature of the a4 is very special (to my ears).
There are analog filters in vast. But i don’t have the time, the nervs and the money to test them all.
Hopefully some of you guys have more experience than me and help me finding a good filter for my eurocase and of course for my a4.
all SHERMAN’s
Restyler fro stereo
Filterbank for extremer filtereing with extensive mod’s - 2 neede for stereo.
Restyler can be found for around 450 eur; 2’end hand - it’s not being made anymore ( desktop )
Firlterbank new ± 800 euro but can be found at 400…they exist in rack or desktop versions. ( double - so stereo models exist - even 4x )
these are both stand-alone - so no eurorack’s.

BUT THAT SOUND !!!
Polaris from intellijel looks like a good choice. if you are willing to spend the $$$ check out the stuff from Schippmann as well. heard great things about the malekko/richter dual borg too.
Thx for the reply. The intelljel looks good and interresting given the features. I also looked at the new modalectronics 008VCF. Less filtertypes but maybe soundwise different to the intellijel.
