EMU ESI-32 fuse question

Hi.
I recently bought some outboard gear second hand. One unit is an EMU ESI-32 sampler. The unit is dead, nothing happens when I power it.
I opened it and everything looks good. So my theory is that the fuse for the power supply is blown.

It’s a ceramic fuse with these specs:
T 2,5AH 250V 20 x 5 mm

I have looked around and I have found a glas fuse with these specs:
T 2,5A 250V 20 x 5 mm

So the question is what does the H stand for and are these two specs the same?

On the PCB two specs are written:
F2AH 250V and under that T2.5AH 250V
Does that mean that a fast fuse with 2AH can be used as well as a slow fuse with the specs T2.5AH?

The old fuse is ceramic and the one that I have found is a glas fuse. Can I use a glas fuse instead?
