Elektron team, somebody ? I purchased for nothing

OK.
24 hours now from purchasing two packs on Elektron site, for 45 €.
Not a single confirmation mail, no purchase proof, and of course no packs, no links, nothing in my account.

Made a ticket, no answer yet.

This is quite unbelievable, and i’m quite f***g angry.

Elektron ? Where are you ?

Does it show up under recent orders?

Well. I just had to reset my password.

All of my orders show up, but nothing under my sound packs. I bought 3 or so.

Also I had registered my octatrack, but it no longer shows up under my machines.

It’s as if my account was partially reset to the day I created my account and registered my Analog RYTM.

anyone else?

I purchased Reshaped Harmonics on 10/25/2014
It appears in “my orders”, but not in “my sound packs”.
I purchased yesterday Tablas and another pack, and it appears nowhere, no mail, nothing.
However, my two registered machines (OT & AR) appears with their SN.

It looks like a big mess. And still waiting for the packs. Until when ?

It’s on the list… The long list.
As you all can imagine and may have experienced in different ways, we are having a lot of problems with the new website.

The web team is working on it, but I don’t have any ETAs on anything, sadly.
If you haven’t e-mailed info@elektron.se already, I suggest that you do that and they should be able to recommend retailers near you.
