Saw Syntakt has a new free soundpack!
I went to go download, however, I cant send a password recovery link to my email because Elektron.se says my email isnt associated with an account… thats impossible!
“Cannot find existing account with input email.”
Can someone from Elektron help me out? Cant send a support ticket if I cant even log in…

I had some similar issues lately with my account not being found. I emailed usercare@elektron.se and they were able to email me a password reset.
Note that the password reset also took me a few tries (I was able to click on “send new password reset” by then, but the new password didn’t seem to work/get saved every time. In case that happens to you, what I think might have worked for me was resetting password, saving it to my Apple Keychains / writing it down to be sure, and when it didn’t seems to work then, I just waited for some time (30 minutes? Hour?) and then tried again and it worked since. Good luck!
