How often does Elektron have a sale on their items? When can we anticipate the next one? I’m waiting for the next one to make a purchase.

Has it ever been an annual thing? There has been a sale around about BLack Friday time the last two years though I think.

The did a “Back to School” sale in 2012, and a sale around the beginning of December in 2013 and 2014. When they happen, they are usually only for a week or two, and I doubt there will be another one before the winter holidays.

Some places are nice about letting you get that price and then pay over time, I have a RYTM coming this week that was held at the Black Week price until it was payed it off last week.

That back to school sale was RI-DIC-U-LOUS. I scored my new OT for some insanely cheap price. I think it was like $900 and it also came with a bag and a plastic cover. This was also before the price increase for all units.

FYI, that sale was in Sept, so it appears that there’s one sale a year, but the time is random (although, it seems like they’re always in the fall or winter).

Yeah I ordered a MnM back in December from a store on layby and they let me keep the price even though the Australian price went up THREE times since then. It took its freakin’ time to get to me though (3 months)!

Bought both my A4 and AR at JRR Shop for really sweet prices, which I can’t remember or look up right now, because I’ve had a truck load of locker room beer after my playoff hockey game. But yeah, JRR had nice Elektron prices for the A4 and AR.

Bougt my AK new for 1.200 eur. - during the 2 -weeks-discount. Not nowing this arriving at the music - shop ( Muziek & Vizie Antwerpen ) was a very nice surprise. I don’tknow if this action repaets every year. I bought my A4 in the same shop for 900 eur. - the prices had already risen - but it wa s a model they bought before the rise - I asked them why it was so cheap and they just explained.honestly , witch I appreciate very much. If possible I’ll buy all my new Equipment over there. ( I know a shop where they just changed the price-tags on the same instruments ).

Count everything together / a 800 eur price difference !!!

I’m got my OT in that Back To School sale. Combined with the temporary price drop due to the exchange rate for the Swedish krona, it was a very nice time to buy Elektron gear.

Right now the krona is even lower vs. the US dollar than it was in 2012. It’s 1 Krona to 12 cent US.

Keep your eyes peeled on retailers. I scored my AK from DV247.com for £935. Was new and outside of sale period. Was cheaper than the A4!!! Deals can be found - patience helps too.
