Elektron Announcements at Musikmesse 2015?

I’m new around here.

Does Elektron have a history of saving new product announcements for Musikmesse? Being European, I presume so, but with NAMM occurring earlier in the year, I’m uncertain. A quick search turns up the A4 and Overbridge announcements from last year, but were these surprises honestly not revealed until day 1 of Musikmesse 2014?

Anyhoo, any chance something exciting is up their sleeve?

Just curious. Figured the vets around here know the drill.

Everyone is looking out for the public beta of Overbridge. Elektron have indicated it will be released before or at Messe. I don’t think anyone is expecting any new instruments from Elektron, as their line of instruments has recently been completely overhauled. Also, we have been told there is no plan for an MK2 or Octatrack 2. That is what I believe to be the current situation. Oh, RYTM seems pretty due for an update too…

Agreed. Overbridge is fine, but RYTM needs some note repeat to be recorded and some new machines to play with. 6 more days.

Yeah, I’m way more interested in RYTM updates than anything else at this point.
The Ability to pLock the arp on/off on the A4 would be nice too.
