hey all ive just put the latest os on my elektron a4 and i have some questions and help requests. Firstly all the patches i have created seam to have disappeared after the update why is this?

also i asume that the store track function in the sound manager is used to save patches one creates them selfs am i rite when i select the store track option the words “write protected” appear for a few seconds then disappear ive tried to turn off write protection but i have not been able to do this i couldn’t find anyway to turn it off.

please can some one help with this problem?

also please could some explane to me what the multi midi map function is and how to use it?

also please could some one explane to me how to an able resonance boost and polly mode?

your help with these questions and problems would be most welcome and it may help any respondence to this thread to know that i’m toatly blind please do not rtfm me i look forward to hereing from you all kind regards trey

Have you made a factory reset?
You old sounds and kits will be in project 2 you find that in the global menu.

If you want to save sounds you go to sound manager and choose copy to and then decide in which bank you want save the sound. In A and B you have the 512 factory sound so i guess starting in C would be a good choice.

Poly mode is found in the fn + Kit and resonance is found in the Fn + sound and sound settings.
