Ive been developing this mounts for my Elektrons… Any suggestions?
Materials to avoid scratching the side wall of the machine?
The red rods are to emulate the cables coming out of the machine to avoid interference…
i had a 2-tier stand for like a year and now - after buying the rytm - i got a 3-tier stand made which is very similar to your design. both were varnished plywood and scratching the elektrons’ enclosure was never an issue.
one thing to look out for though: the screws. if they’re too long they might bend the sides of your elektrons, permanently even. or if your totally unlucky - damage the insides.
