Electron model:cycles track buttons not working

I got my electron model:cycles a few days ago and the track buttons are not working all the time. For instance, I’ll start a new pattern and it will only allow me to use one or two track buttons and all the others won’t play anything, no matter how hard I tap them, despite the other ones working just fine. I’ve tried playing with the velocity, doing a factory reboot, playing with the volume, etc. I’m really not sure what’s going on here and could really use some help.

Press [FUNC] + [BACK] to access the PAD menu and change FIX to 127 for each pad. It is off by default. This should trigger your pads at full velocity when you tap them.

If this doesn’t work, there may be a hardware problem and you should contact Elektron and open a ticket.
