What is the easiest to get samples from the ot to the dt?

The easiest is to sell DT and buy another OT ! 
I don’t know if DT can play stereo 44.1 Khz 16/24 bit samples (2nd easiest choice !) but I think you need a sample converter with batch processing.
I use Samplitude for that kind of purposes.
Pull your samples to the computer off the octatrack cf card, use elektron transfer application to then transfer samples to the digitakt. No real need to convert files before transferring them, the application will convert it to the proper format for the digitakt.
