It could be just a personal taste thing (particularly considering I’m going through a phase where I’m distorting everything), but the drums might benefit from some distortion, compression or general fattening up.
Otherwise, pretty nice stuff! The A4 is a bloody fine acid machine.
Thanks for the listen man. Regarding distorting the drums… I was never to successful doing that. Whenever I try, I always end up going for the clean version. Perhaps it’s a personal taste thing. I always liked the early plastikman stuff for acid, and most of the drums were pretty clean 808 hits. Perhaps I’ll work on some bangers, and focus more on hard hitting dancefloor type stuff:)
