Thanks! I just got my second one a few days ago and it inspired me to do a whole track with nothing but the two of them. Having the extra channels open for fx processing is crucial🙃

Tips for your drums please?
One layer of synth drums from double draw, the really gnarly distorted parts. Then a layer of dynFM drums, adding punch. Using a Sid machine for noisey hat and snare bits. The rest is from bbox. Clever use of LFO programming triggering the delay or retrig of samples and to fake probabilities for variations.

I find bbox drums kinda lacking…but yours sound very nice.

It’s all about subtle filtering and distortion and using the built in eq. I find they can really slot into a super dense thick drum part b cause they are so thin. It’s a bit of a challenge doing all the drums on the MnM, but some great stuff can be pulled from it
