I’ve just bought a DT2.
Does it work with MPD218 and Arturia MiniLab 3?
Do they bring any benefit?
I already have them for DAW work. Just wondering if it’s worth setting them up with the DT2?
Do you want to control them from the DT2? That is the question that seems like it needs an answer too.
Its always worth setting up more control of everything!
Also the DT2 is all encoders. The Minilabs faders might be easier to automate with etc.
Sure. Play all tracks with pads (notes 0-15 theoretically), or chromatically with keys…
Use Aftertouch, ModWheel, Pitchbend, etc as macro modulations…
I don’t know if MPD 218 has midi din, maybe you’d use it with USB via your DAW.
Minilab 3 has midi DIN, maybe easier to setup. Add an RK002 for polyphony…
Plenty of possibilities. I have an AKAI Mini Plus.
