DT2 Does Performance Kit Mode include MIDI track parameters?

Can anyone tell me whether the params on MIDI tracks maintain their value when changing patterns in Performance Kit Mode?

My main reason for wanting to upgrade my DT -> DT2 is the possibility of not having midi parameter values jumping around when changing patterns and tweaking them live. Would be great to know if this is how it’s working right now.
