DT played external device but won't record

Hello, i matched up the channels and my device receives midi and i play chromatic mode no problem. But i can’t record this into digitakt. I hold record + play i hear it plays my synth but nothing recorded. I am not using external midi keyboard

Have you muted the MIDI track?

Can we just delete this thread? Yes all of my midi track was muted
