I’m curious about people’s opinions who own both. How do the compressors in each unit compare to one another, and what do you like/prefer about either of them?
DT is better.

lol I’m getting that impression from the demos, but I haven’t had a chance to use the one on the DT yet, and haven’t used the one on the OT in 7 years.
Dont own an OT but as someone with limited compressor knowledge the DT one puzzles me a little, although it adds some welcome beef I feel like it really needs track sends (like the reverb and delay), also selecting a track for sidechaining has results that dont sound very good to me. Maybe I need a better understanding of its uses but when I turn encoders it doesnt seem to have the audible feedback that you get from using the other effects.
