I am trying to map the mopho program change to the OT
I have the bank change working via bank select lsb.
I’ve looked at previous posts and I’m really confused in all honesty.
I’ve tried midi learn but no joy.

There should be no problem, especially if you have already figured out how to use Bank Select. (In fact, Bank Select can’t work without a valid Program Change value.)
Make sure that the OT’s MIDI sequencer track is set to the same MIDI channel number as the Mopho. Remember to press the Data Entry knob or Yes button on the OT after selecting the MIDI channel.
On the OT, MIDI Learn is for CC messages, not Program Change messages.
If you’re still stuck, give a numerical example of what you want to do.

I read a comment you made on a similar thread, where you did some maths to work out the cc from the nrpn (?) numbers.
I have the correct channel so that’s OK.
The mopho only has three banks with 128 programs in each, so the bank select was straightforward.
The manual seems to not have a specific midi cc for program change, but does have the attached info for program change.
If you’re still stuck, give a numerical example of what you want to do.

This is going to be down to my lack on knowledge around messages that aren’t CC I’m sure.

Program Change is not a CC message, it’s a separate specific message. On the OT, use the “PROG” parameter in the NOTE SETUP page of your MIDI sequencer track. Ignore “BANK” - that won’t work.

So now I need to find the corresponding message in the CTRL 2 set up?

No, no need for any further setup
Just use “PROG” to send the Program Change number.
It sounds like you already figured out the CC 32 workaround if you also need to change bank on the Mopho.
